Second year of making big fireballs on the Fourth of July. This year
the challenge was to beat last year, and that's a mixed bag. But we
did get simultaneous shots from three mortars, and a couple of
pictures from interesting vantages.

You can see the 81mm mortar on the right at about 4 o'clock. I'm just to the left of the left wheel (wearing a white shirt). And of course the trees of the apple orchard at the top. Also some blades of grass at the sides -- the camera was lying on its back on the ground.
