Book Note: John Barnes, Washington's Dirigible

This is book 2 of the "Timeline Wars" series.

Second in "Timeline Wars".

I still like the main character. In this one, he gets to meet a Closer agent well enough to get to know him. Worse, the closer agent is himself from another timeline. He's not pleased with himself.

Although the title didn't include it, I notice the previous book had a major fight scene on a burning zeppelin. This one has an early dirigible of the English navy—and a fight scene on it.

The Closers are fighting dirty. Not only did they bring in the alternate of the main character, they also brought in an alternate of King George.
