Book Note: Lawrence Block, Burglars Can't Be Choosers

I read this book about 29-Jul-2004. This is the first time I've read this book. The book is copyright 1972. This note was last modified Saturday, 31-Jul-2004 18:14:11 PDT.

A piece of an interesting series. A harmless burglar keeps encountering bodies not of his making, and needs to solve the murder to avoid having it pinned onto him.

It did take quite a sequence of coincidences, not so much to get him involved, as to get the girl he meets involved with the murder and him. Still, it wasn't the main plot that needed that much help.

Overall this was quite a bit of fun, and I may well look into Bernie Rhodenbarr again.
