Book Note: Lee Child, No Middle Name

I read this book about 17-May-2018. This is the first time I've read this book. The book is copyright 2017. This note was last modified Monday, 21-May-2018 18:02:49 PDT.

This is book 21.5 of the "Jack Reacher" series.

This note does not contain major spoilers for the book.

The complete Jack Reacher short fiction (including a brand-new novella).

These were fun, but I'm not going to go through them individually.

In some ways the short story may be the right length. Sub-plots dillute the essence of the Reacher stories sometimes, it seems to me.

These include cases of Reacher applying his ideas of higher justice (I think in his head it's "what's right") and overlooking crimes, in cases that outside viewers sometimes would view as corrupt. But we knew that about him, right?
