Another damned serial killer. Can't turn around without encountering one lately. Usually one personally targetting the investigating officers.

Not that he doesn't have reason; sounds like Stone and his police force did him real harm some time ago.

So, we bounce back and forth between Dallas or somewhere and Paradise MA, and Stone's ex-wife is involved (and her fiancee), and Mr. Peepers fakes one death, and it's not bad really.
