17th McGee book. No Dragaeran connection I can see, and the copyright makes one almost possible (the Dragaera and Piarra gaming worlds predate the publication of the books by quite a lot).

A very grim and dark one. A charter captain, framed for drunkenness as part of a plan by a hustler to disappear, wants his good name back. This gets McGee into a very nasty situation involving long-term co-dependent relationships and big-time insanity.
