Ward Moore is one of the famous "one-hit" authors who isn't. But he's mostly remembered for Bring The Jubilee.

This is a basically surreal story about the governor of a state stopping by a hotel he remember from his youth, maybe, when driving somewhere. Very little of it meant much of anything to me, and there didn't seem to be much point.
