Book Note: John Ringo, To Sail a Darkling Sea

I read this book about 14-May-2015. This is the first time I've read this book. The book is copyright 2014. This note was last modified Monday, 18-May-2015 14:29:06 PDT.

This is book 2 of the "Black Tide Rising" series.

This note does not contain major spoilers for the book.

Yeah, out of order; constrained by library availability.

Zombies keep coming, keep getting killed. Meanwhile Wolf Pack and the US government (or at least National Constitutional Continuity Authority) is trying to figure out how to move forward in these difficult times.

Somehow this seems less interesting than volume 3 of the series; maybe the order matters more than I think.

Ringo gives a couple of clues that he's a W.E.B. Griffin reader, quoting Griffin on officer's duties (and crediting it), and a reference to Famous Grouse whiskey. No sign of an Aero Commander so far.
