Book Note: Rex Stout, Three Men Out

I read this book about 9-Oct-2002. I've read this book before. The book is copyright 1952. This note was last modified Thursday, 19-Dec-2002 16:36:33 PST.

This note does not contain major spoilers for the book.

Copyrights are 1952 and 1953.

"Invitation To Murder" is more about remittance men. Seems to be a bad idea; they get involved in crimes too often.

"The Zero Clue" has an interesing bit of puzzle-solving, and quick thinking by an essentially quack mathematician (he makes up prbability formulas for real-world events, and charges huge fees as a consultant).

"This Won't Kill You" has World Series fraud, always a good thing. I already don't remember who actually performed the murder.
