Another quirky character. Guy gets out of prison having done his full time, no parole. He became the protector of another guy who died in prison (of old age), but who passed on information about some loot from a major armored car heist. Like, total of $15 million, about half recovered. Stone believes the money is in the clear due to the statute of limitations being expired.

However, there are complexities involving other people who know or believe that there's money floating around out there.
