Mary's 80th Birthday

Okay, it's actually "birthday observed". But it's the 80th one.

There'd been considerable snow (Pamela and I didn't decide if we were traveling until it was time to leave), and Barbara and Mark didn't make it in, unforunately. The weather was even worse out there.

The cat, as often happens, really stole the show. He's enthusiastic, and friendly, but not very well socialized really. Now that he's without claws, playing with him is survivable, but he still wants to bite.

(The cat is Reuben. He's the new cat, not to be confused with the old cat, or the previous cat, or the temporary cat.)
