I read this book about 13-Mar-2004. I've read this book before. The book is copyright 1966. This note was last modified Monday, 05-May-2014 22:19:56 PDT.
The seventh McGee book opens with one of the finest opening lines ever: "We were about to give up and call it a night when somebody dropped the girl off the bridge."
He was fishing with Meyer at the time. Away from home, even.
This is a really grim one. There's a ring of people operating that steal all the money from middle-rich men having a midlife crisis, and murder them. Using girls as the lure, of course.
It doesn't end particularly pleasantly, either.
