The same elephant, even closer up
The same elephant, even closer up
From "1964-1 England to Entebbe" by Mary Dyer-Bennet. Agfachrome transparency in cardboard mount, imprinted #34. Handwritten number "117" in corner. I can't read it any other way. Many of the slides in this area seem to be out of order by the numbers written on them. Imprinted "SEP 64". "Close up elephant" written on slide by Mary An elephant, really quite close. A wild elephant. Mary's camera had a fixed 50mm lens. REALLY quite close. (From a boat). The original was underexposed, and I think has shifted badly over time, so despite considerable work this isn't a very good picture technically.
