I'm guessing you're asking about "Judy Cilcain"; and the answer is that I do not know. I'm not sure if, when she changed it to "Cilcain", she was just taking a name she liked, or if she was going *back* to a name that had earlier family connections. Maybe she'll drop by and say.

When David and I visited Wales, I was looking for a new name for myself, on my upcoming divorce. I chose Cilcain out of a Welsh Place Names book; it said it meant "Beautiful Retreat," and that fit my mental picture. This is a year late, but it's for Huw Parry's attention.
