Charles Stross, who I know online but hadn't previously met, was signing a new book I wanted anyway, at the Borders on Union Square in San Francisco. Turns out Cteain had been a guest with him in Albuquerque, and wanted to go say hi again, so we did.
My pictures are just about exclusively of Charlie. There wasn't much of the right kind of milling around to get shots of the audience, but a number of people I knew in person or online turned out to be there. And maybe I got lazy by that point.
