A couple of new small sets of old photos this weekend.
Since I can’t pin down the date of the Toad Hall photos, I can’t pin down exactly what was going on then. Even my assigning them to the summer of 2003 is actually somewhat arbitrary (I believe that’s based on processing date on the film).

I believe the Toad Hall photos may date back to the Minn-stf Meeting and Minicon PR1 mailing on August 1, 1998. Davey didn’t sign the register, so I can’t confirm that for sure, but the garden looks like late summer and there are no other summer parties in later years that look like they could have served. I’m all but certain the photos were taken no later than 2001 as the railings are still on the upstairs back porch and we removed them when replacing the back, flat roof…and that happened before Jeff moved out.
The photos are not associated with my getting ready to sell Toad Hall.
Also not conclusive but telling, Lydy is wearing the same sweater and necklace in the Minicon 34 PR1 collation photos from the other roll that she’s wearing while talking with Davey in the backyard here.
Thanks! It’s quite believable that they’re associated with the photos processed at the same time, and the back porch railing is fairly clear-cut evidence. I believe I will update the records — at least unless somebody else pops up with evidence for some other theory!
