The fan at middle bottom is taped to the bottom of the case, and has a stick glued into the upper mounting hole to keep it from leaning too close to the drives (and getting its blades blocked by mechanisms on the outside of the drive cage). Those two drives are the two that overheated before this fan was added, and after it stopped working.
