At least for me. I’ve done bits of work now and then through the year, but I’m not in charge of anything (I’ve pretty much given up being in charge of things for conventions). So, for me, the start was the work party tonight.

The URL that the manual PDFs refer me to to look up the stupid-ass coded error messages (which were a bad idea when IBM did it that way in the 1950s) seems to be, er, down.
