I’d expect it to be a disaster if so; it’s not something that can be “updated” without completely transforming it, in which case why not do original work?

The Washington Post says:
The National Transportation Safety Board is expected to announce today that investigators have traced the failure to steel structures known as gusset plates that held together beams on the Minneapolis bridge, according to sources who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the board’s findings.

Milestone
Pamela has completed the submission draft of Going North. That’s the first copy she’s holding, all 1014 pages of it. We took them to the Post Office tonight, they’re on their way to New York and, um, I believe it’s Pennsylvania.
